To get started, you purchase a minimum of 100 hours with the Yellow E-Commerce team, then give us a call when you need us to set up a meeting / go over the brief. We will give you an ‘hour quote’ of how long it will take and an estimated delivery time. Then once its done, to make sure we get it right, you get 2 ’rounds’ of amendments for free for any changes required, with more projects completed in a few days.
Video Production
Our in-house film crew will film high quality promotional videos for your brand to spread awareness. We will develop ideas, film the video and provide full post production (editing, music & graphics).

Does this take up a lot of my time and can I keep track of what you are working on?
Every client is different – Some clients like to speak to us daily and others prefer to just discuss the project at the beginning or once we provide a first draft.
You will also have access to our project management system that you can log into for updates if you are busy but please call us when ever you need us!
Do we have an account manager?
Yes, you will have an account manager who will keep you updated, but a full team will be working on your projects. So, if you call the office, whoever answers will know who you are and will be able to help with anything you need.
Is everything bespoke?
Yes, everything is bespoke – we do not use templates, and everything is produced from scratch.
Is everything done in-house?
Yes, it is, there is no outsourcing of work to other agencies or freelancers, which is how we keep costs down.
